JAMIE SCOTT, FOUNDER/DESIGNER/VISIONARY
Jamie Scott honed his craft as a professional guitarist, recording/mastering engineer and spent that last 10+ years in key roles with some of the most innovative music technology companies in the industry including Sennheiser (Neumann, Turbosound, K+H), X2 Digital Wireless and Line 6. Having been a part of the innovation process and experiencing how it’s done, Scott set out on his own to create revolutionary new products to solve the problems still plaguing recording and performing guitarists to this day.

DIANA SANDOVAL, CHIEF BUSINESS OFFICER AND GENERAL COUNSEL
Diana Sandoval serves as 3rd Power’s chief business officer and general counsel. She is responsible for all aspects of business and legal operations as well as intellectual property strategy and enforcement. Prior to joining 3rd Power, Ms. Sandoval was vice president, legal of a Nashville-based healthcare company. Prior to moving to Nashville, she worked at a global law firm doing mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Ms. Sandoval received her J.D. at the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

3RD POWER products sound like you've recorded the finest guitar amplifiers onto an analog 2" tape machine, mixed and mastered it, and then played it back through a top-notch play-back system - only it's live, first generation right out of your guitar amplifier. Part Two: Deliver Tone
Inspired by studio control-room design concepts, we have invented patent-pending speaker enclosure designs that eliminate the undesirable resonant peaks and nulls of typical guitar speaker cabinets. We've also employ patent-pending acoustic-absorption techniques to minimize standing-waves and internal phase-cancelations. Regarding the brand image and feel of the company, Scott states, "3RD POWER is not about me. It's about you - the musician and music professional. If it was about me, the company would be named, 'SCOTT Amplification.' I am simply the person channeling the energy and nurturing the vision, all while leading our innovative path to create the world's greatest amplifier company.
